PAALS Photography Release Form

Consent and Release Agreement: I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Palmetto Animal Assisted Life Services (PAALS) and its representatives to photograph, videotape, or otherwise capture my image (or the image of my minor child/ward) and to use these images in promotional, educational, or fundraising materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, and press releases.

I understand and agree to the following:

The images may be used indefinitely without further notification or compensation.
PAALS retains all rights to the images and may edit, modify, or distribute them at its discretion.
My participation is voluntary, and I may withdraw consent at any time by providing written notice to PAALS. However, I understand that previously published materials cannot be retracted.
This release does not grant permission for commercial sale of my images without further consent.
