2. REGISTRATION RULES & WAIVER PLEASE READ RULES AND WAIVER BEFORE CONTINUING TO STEP 3 RULES for PAALS in the Park Dog Walk. Keep your dog on a leash at all times. Clean up after your dog. Plastic bas will be provided on the walk route and the main areas. Please remind children to ask permission before approaching a dog. Please don't allow your dog to run up to other dogs without asking first. Not all dogs like other dogs in their faces. Do not leave any animal in the car. Please leave dogs "in heat" at home. Dogs must be over 6 months old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Leave aggressive dogs at home. One dog per person. No retractable leashes or leashes over 6 feet. Bring sponsor list day of the event. WAIVER and RELEASE:  In consideration of your permission to participate in the walk and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the participant (along with those who are associated with the participant) hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Palmetto Assisted Animals Life Service, PAALS, its directors, officers, employees and agents, volunteers, successors, Heartworm Project, its directors, officers, employees and agents, volunteers, successors,Saluda Shoals Park and it's employees and agents, event officials, volunteers and any sponsors, suppliers and all other individuals and entities in any way assisting or connected with this event from any and all claims and liability or whatever kind or nature whatsoever arising out of your participation in this event, even those claims and liabilities that may arise as a result of the negligence or carelessness of individuals or entities released bu this Waiver and Release.
