WAIVER and RELEASE: In consideration of your permission to participate in the walk and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the participant (along with those who are associated with the participant) hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Palmetto Assisted Animals Life Service, PAALS, its directors, officers, employees and agents, volunteers, successors, Saluda Shoals Park and it's employees and agents, event officials, volunteers and any sponsors, suppliers and all other individuals and entities in any way assisting or connected with this event from any and all claims and liability or whatever kind or nature whatsoever arising out of your participation in this event, even those claims and liabilities that may arise as a result of the negligence or carelessness of individuals or entities released bu this Waiver and Release.
